This 1 hour 15 minute class blends deep ballet‑inspired stretching with Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) for a balanced, full‑body training session.
We start with 40 minutes of stretch work to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and release tension through long, intentional ballet‑based stretches.
Then we move into 35 minutes of PBT, a ballet‑focused conditioning method that builds core stability, improves alignment, and develops muscle memory using stability balls and resistance tools.
